Great price and really nice facilities in a quiet part of town. The hotel has a thriving lobby with free hot and cold drinks and of course a vending machine, plenty of seating, and amenities that you can help yourself to if you need them. The reception staff are lovely and were very patient with my Japanenglish! I always enjoyed popping down before bed for a drink and a quick chat with the staff to practice my speaking skills. (They nodded and smiled in all the right places, so I figure I didn't say anything offensive!) The room itself was comfortable, but if you book a child take note; they do not receive breakfast, pillows or towels (although the hotel was happy to give us an extra pillow and towel). We did appreciate that our child could stay at no extra cost though. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to a few stations, and we recommend having a wander around the neighbourhood - there are lots of little gems to be found! We were recommended this hotel by friends and heartily recommend it to you. We would happily stay here again!

Good location, a few minutes' walk from several train stations. Location is also a few minutes' walk from several good restaurant and dining streets - lots of choices for good local food & drink. Drinks machine in the hotel lobby has a good range of choices. Staff were friendly and professional. WiFi stable and good speed. Lawsons convenience store located 20m away if you need to purchase any additional items.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They explained everything in great detail and spoke good English. We had complimentary drinks and breakfast, which was a very pleasant bonus, and the lobby downstairs was a very nice and relaxed place to enjoy them. The room itself was fairly small, but spacious enough for two people and some luggage, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath and shower were pleasant, and the hotel provided toiletries in the lobby in case anything was needed. The hotel also provided pyjamas to wear during the stay, which was very helpful. There were multiple different lights available, which made it easier to adjust the light levels based on our needs, and the switches were right next to the bed, which was very convenient.

The staff was extremely polite, and the fact that they had coffee and juice in the lobby 24/7 was much appreciated, and really helped in the heat and humidity of Tokyo. The lobby featured a beautiful, clean bathroom as well.
