Hotel Wing International Shimbashi Onarimon

Breakfast is served in small packets, which are quite tasty, and with the self-service hot and cold drinks machine, it's great, and you can also watch the free comics provided in the lobby, so you can enjoy it very much.The Twin room bed is quite big. The bathroom has a bathtub and provides good quality lotion, make-up remover and toner.

The front desk staff are excellent. They are polite, friendly and helpful, always smiling. They could respond well to our queries, and communicated well in English. The drinks corner is a lovely thought, so that hotel guests could rest and chat. The drinks provided were of good standard too (both hot and cold drinks). Breakfast buns are adequate. The room was clean and had enough space for luggages. Sleep was good because comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Amenities provided was better than expected. Location was good too, close to 4 stations: Daimon, Onarimon, Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho. Felt safe even when walking back late at night. Lots of food places. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower! Easy transport means (land and water bus) to Odaiba. Very glad that we chose to stay with this lovely hotel :)

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. I had lost an item as I was leaving. Very kindly organised to keep it till I returned. The foyer was relaxing and the drinks and breakfast items are very welcome.

The hotel is in a really good location. Within 15 min walk to Tokyo tower. The neighbourhood is surprisingly very quiet and not very busy even during the day. There are a few convenient stores within a 5-minute walk or less. A few metro/train stations nearby. Rooms are compact and clean. They give you pijamas and slippers for your stay. I liked the feeling of not being in a big hotel. There are coffee/tea and juices machine where you can drink at any time with no charge. Also, it was a nice surprise that every morning, they give away a paper bag with a few soft breads for free for breakfast to all guests. Receptionists at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They kept our suitcases before check-in and after check-out. I'd definitely stay again next time for a relaxing, quiet, and comfortable stay in Tokyo.

Great price and really nice facilities in a quiet part of town. The hotel has a thriving lobby with free hot and cold drinks and of course a vending machine, plenty of seating, and amenities that you can help yourself to if you need them. The reception staff are lovely and were very patient with my Japanenglish! I always enjoyed popping down before bed for a drink and a quick chat with the staff to practice my speaking skills. (They nodded and smiled in all the right places, so I figure I didn't say anything offensive!) The room itself was comfortable, but if you book a child take note; they do not receive breakfast, pillows or towels (although the hotel was happy to give us an extra pillow and towel). We did appreciate that our child could stay at no extra cost though. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to a few stations, and we recommend having a wander around the neighbourhood - there are lots of little gems to be found! We were recommended this hotel by friends and heartily recommend it to you. We would happily stay here again!
